TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below you find information about ordering online, shipping and our return policy. You can communicate with us in English or Scandinavian languages.) 


SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

Smaller items, like faucets, accessories or spare parts are normally shipped with DHL or FED EX. The shipping cost shown at the check out when you have provided the delivery address. You will always be provided with a tracking number when the order is shipped. 


Larger items like range cooker, hoods or bigger sinks, are normally shipped with freight companies like DHL, Dachser, Schenker or similar. Shipping cost will be shown at the checkout when you have provided the delivery address. You will always be provided with a tracking number when the order is shipped.


Pickup of goods is ONLY possible if agreed before placing the order. (I this due to local VAT or customs rules.) If you would like to order an item and would prefer to arrange for your own shipping. Please contact us here before placing the order online.  



GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS


RETURN POLICY

Please contact Mygind Design Scandinavia AB before returning any items.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product might not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.


We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Mygind Design Scandinavia AB will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us.


NON RETURNABLE GOODS

All products that are bespoke, customer specific or produced to order, are nonreturnable. However if you are unhappy with a bespoke product we will handle this on a case by case.


SHIPPING

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You should mail your product to: Mygind Design Scandinavia AB, Stockamöllan Herrgaard, SE241 96 Stockamöllan, Sweden.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs always are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, back for refund, exchange or repair, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can arrange the shipping, if required.


REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.


PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Products with obvious signs of use, or damage. Any item not in its original condition or packaging. Missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Refunds can take up to 10 days. Or contact us for a credit receipt. 


SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless agreed in advance.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us here and wait further instructions on how to return.
